I am more than happy with my purchase and experience with Flowers From Frankie. I bought a bouquet that was for birthdays in but wanted to use it for condolences and the staff called to check in with me to make sure my order was correct. They also replaced flowers that they didn't have with an upgrade without charging me. I really appreciated the personal touch and customer service and will use them again for my floral needs.

Kristen took our vision for wedding flowers beyond expectations! The color and artistry of her design was impeccable. She got my vision for the day right away and everything she made for us was exactly as I dreamed it’d be. Absolutely stunning arrangements and we got SO many compliments from our guests and even our catering staff was super impressed!! We would highly recommend Flowers from Frankie for any occasion.

Kristen designed an amazing creative life-like silk flower arrangement for a "big birthday" for my daughter. Since I live in Arizona, I took a giant leap of faith but after speaking with Kristen at length, I knew I had made the right decision. This lovely silk arrangement will have a long life in my daughter's home.

This was my first time ordering. Kristin, even though she was busy, took the time to take my order. She is so caring about what you want. An absolutely wonderful lady. I will never use another florist again. The arrangement was just what I wanted and it was beautiful.

I ordered flowers for my mother's 85th birthday. I wanted to support a local business. My mother absolutely loved the flowers! She said they were lovely and lasted over a week. I didn't see them as I live in North Carolina, but it was easy to order them and they arrived on time. Thank you so much for making my mother's day!

At the last minute I was in need of a floral arrangement. I'm from out of town and didn't know any florists but I knew I wanted to buy local and it needed to be a simple and pretty arrangement. Under the category "any occasion' I found the most unique gift. Flowers made from soap. No kidding! They were delivered in a simple black elegant box wrapped in cello and tied with a black ribbon. They were stunning. No one could stop talking about this beautiful arrangement. Thank you for making me the center of the conversation and the one with the best gift.

Flowers From Frankie is beyond amazing! I am out of state and with the help of Kristen I have been sending my girl flowers throughout the year. They have exceptional service and always deliver on time (even with last minute changes/additions). I recommend them every time!! The pics are some of my favorite flowers I’ve sent so far!!
